I concur with mikey. A strip down and rebuild should solve the issue.

I had the same issue when I had new discs and pads fitted to the rear of my Lag. A squeel / growl when coming to a stop / setting off on the n/s/r

The next time the car was in for a service, they dismantled the brakes and cleaned the dust out and put them back together. Something might not have been cleaned right / put back together right.

This solved the issue, but they said if it didnt that it would then need a new caliper.

Your issue could also be burring on the top of the brake discs catching the pad ? Rear discs and pads for the Lag are very expensive , so lets hope not.
