Unless the car has a full service history and a warranty period then I would walk away in my opinion.
Unless the dci engine has regular services (
changes at least) every 9-12k miles (dont beleive the 18k miles service interval), then the
is likely to blow up.
failure on the dci engine is a common fault. The Laguna's do have a lot of faults, but most makes of car do.
Most of the answers / fixes to faults are covered on this forum.
If the car has been well looked after, and your taking out a warranty on the car then go for it.
