You can remove it with a file or if your handy with an angle grinder, one of those. Quicker too
Just make sure the disc thicknes is ok too, as Dave said they're pricey due to them having the wheel bearing contained in them.
Very pricey. Discs and Pads for mine (not OEM ones) were £180 alone for the parts (last years prices) !
As mikey said they have the bearing in and the abs rings too.
