Hi chaps

New user that has read the other related topics regarding starting issues and spoken to my local dealer.

Basically, car turns over wont fire intermittently.

Immobiliser light seems to function as to be expected.

All other electrics work ok.

Eventually starts.

I've resorted to parking car on a hill in the office car park and reversing up the drive at home so I can bump start if if required.

Local garage have had it for a day and couldn't fault it. (no error codes in ecu for crankshaft sensor present)

Since it came out of garage the fault has re-occured frequently, so much so I spoke to local dealer who recomended I go down and get the internals of the key checked over, which I did.

Still all ok but now they tell me I can get a full diagnostic, carried out for 85, to attempt to find the cause.

My question is this worth doing??

Many thanks in anticipation of a response
