Have you consulted your handbook:

Handbrake or parking brake ***8220;on***8221; warning light and braking system fault warning light
If it lights up when braking and is accompanied by the STOP warning light and a beep, this indicates that the fluid level in the circuit is low or that there is a braking system fault.
Stop as soon as traffic conditions allow and call a RENAULT Dealer.

Could it be your pads getting thin? There are usually sensors on the front pads which will alarm when they are worn down.
