Sounds very much like sticking pads or a caliper piston.
Did you release the handbrake adjustment before retracting the pistons and are the back springs correctly positioned. If you continue to drive the car you could end up causing damage to the discs or calipers
As a matter of interest did you use a wind-back tool??
