Its all gone quiet on the Renault front... no response at all... I am giving them this week and I'm going to start chasing them after the Bank holiday... I am planning to invoice them for my excess and the new catches.
I have the same catch design this time around too... lightning never strikes twice does it?
Way2go buddy!!!! I'm glad your insurer did the decent thing and you only have to chase Ren NO for the uninsured value. I'm pretty sure they should accept responsibility or chase whoever (their dealer) was supposed to have serviced the car for you.
But don't let it die off.... Customer Services apparently do live in hope that customers will just go away quietly if left unattended for long enough.
Ciao mate. Buona fortuna.
