Hi there, and welcome.
This is more difficult than you'd imagine, as the names of the colours are logged in their French nomenclature.
Using Grey=Gris, i've assumed Graphite as Carbone (which I hope is correct - I only took French for a couple of years, many moons ago).
But that again, throws up a few possible paint codes for different items of trim (depending on the car even).
What I'd suggest is going to your local paint supplier, and matching the various paint chips - it'll be a fairly long process, but at least you'll get the match.
Sorry I can't give you a more definitive answer, but I wouldn't want to possibly mislead you by supplying untested information.
