If its not a drain on the battery it could well be an internal short in the battery body used those exact terms with me...but the garage..which claims to be a Renault specialist....did say that they did all the checks with the battery and it seemed fine to the second mechanic (the one from ATC Euromaster) also said that he did checks (didnt mention what checks) said all was fine with battery..and said it must be some electric fault (he dont know much bout electrics)...

Anyways...i will have to again take it to a garage....a very dumb question.....i am newbie at this...but now should i be looking for a mechanic...or a car electrician..??

Thanks for your comments.
