All lights are off. The fuse is the 4th one from the bottom,
driver side fuse box (I'm in Holland so I have a left hand drive version).

The car was in the garage yesterday and I was told that I that my UCH was not powering down. The car does lock normally, all lights go off when locking, the display works ok, indicators, clock, etc all works. The lights dim as they should.

They indicated that it was probably caused by a defective uch but considering the cost of that thing I do not intend to replace it until I'm certain that that is the only problem/cause.

I'm now considering placing a relais in the line after the fuse, the relais should then be activated when the car is started. The only disadvantage I can think of is the clock resetting every time....
