I'm fairly sure its a diy job, but the best way to check is to look at the inside of the replacement one, to see the various fixing points.

This should also indicate the order in which it is secured, and what components (door/lights/bumper/etc) need removal before refitting can commence.

What I would suggest when fitting is to protect each edge of the wing with a strip of masking tape as this will prevent chipping the paintwork on the panel, or on the car itself (its easily removed later).
