where to put the live wire for the amp mk2 clio

what you need is a 10mm spanner (easyer with a rachet spanner) and theres a huge black metal sheet and the back of the engine 1st remove the coolant tank 2 bolts and slide it upwards then the push the top hook part of the power steering tank and slide the tank upwards now these are out of the way start undoing all the other bolts on the black sheet (all 10mm) then once theyre all out the black sheet should come away. youll then see the heater motor & fan etc . there are two 10mm bolts on this and one torques bolt (not sure what size but the tool kit in the car should have it its the large one. undo this and the heater is off. right this part is hard to explain (ill try my best) theres a black plastic rim around the top just above the metal body work and it looks attatched to the blower pipe goin down into the car but its not. just past the black rim going down the pipe theres a slight seal but push a screw drive through it wiggle it side to side and thread the wire through next to the screw driver keep pushing the wire through. go into the passengers foot well and look up and have a feel about youll find the screw drive and wire pull the wire through as far as you need and remove the screw driver and then run the wire up towards the battery obviously behind where the metal plate goes towards the screen wash tank and theres the plastic cover for the wiper s and theres a plastic clip thing where you push it down in the middle and it comes off lift the cover up and run the wire through between the wiper cover and the rubber wire holder (no need to go through just go on top and then puch the clip back in making sure its all in place. then you can put the heater back just do it up tight it still seals even through theres a wire and then put the plate back and do all the bolts up tight and slide the coolant bottle back into place and bolt up and then slide the power steering bottle back into place and it should just clip in on its own when you slide it back in. and then your in.
