I get the buzz during acceleration too, at between 3000 and 3500 RPM, but I never thought it would be the air conditioning that did it,
even though I'm fully aware that air conditioning units always steal some horsepower.
I thought it was all down to the DPO gearbox that I have.

Next time I go cruising with my homiez, we'll test this out on the motorway, see if it happens when AC is disabled or not.
The noise is distinguishable as long as you don't play any obscure tune that uses this particular noise (I know Eminem has one such tune) on the stereo at the same time.
