Sorry I don't know - it is possible it may be stamped on the sensor itself but if ain't you may well be back where you started. It may be worth checking with a decent tyre dealer who may be able to assist. Also note it is recommended to replace the valve sealling rings each timje the valve is removed or replaced.
As a matter of interest have you been able to find a garage who can programme it for you. I know Renault garages tend to charge between 40 and 80.

On the other hand it may be possible to find a dealer who is willing to disable the sytem for around the same money.
