I would be very careful using an airline to unblock the washer tubes as there is a possibility you may blow the hoses off or damge the pump. All blowing back down the line will do is force the dirt back into the washer bottle and it may just cause a future blockage. Better still what happens if the system has a non-return valve fitted
If you can get the reservoir emptied either syphoning or using a turkey baster or such - then pour in some hot water - just about hand hot is sufficient in most cases. You may have to do this numerous times though but still a lot wasier than removing the pump etc.

The most common cause of blocked washer pumps in my experience is people in the past using washing up liquid as an additive
