By-Passing fuel cut off switch


I have a Renault Kangoo 1.4 2000 car and it simply doesnt start anymore, had it tested (non renault) and was advised it is the ECU and fuse box.

I can't afford to wate any more cash.

So my plan is to change all fuses in engine bay (even i can do this), then change ECU with decoded one.

By pass fuel cut off switch , as it looks damaged when i removed the red rubber cover.

This is where I need help.

Is it possible or am I barking up wrong tree?
