I don't know what happened in your case; wrong parts in the correct box; number transposition (of parts or chassis number); or the cd either being incorrect/out of date; or just simple human error.
Its more common than you may think Paul, I constantly have problems with my Clio2, as some muppet when the car was being registered (dealer/ Renault UK/ DVLA etc) put the chassis number down as BB05 instead of BB0S ... an easy mistake, but as most of the dealers and factors use your reg. number when ordering parts, then its a pain in the ass ... as that simple transposition changes the engine in my Clio from a E7J to a F4R, also removes the ABS from the braking system ... so engine parts and service items become a nightmare
Why is it the older I get .... the better I think I was ?
