The back lights are usually the main source of water ingress. If you could take off all the panels/wheel arch liners and dry out the boot as best you can and then put the back seats down and climb in and get someone to hose the car you should find where the water is getting in.

Oh...and as mentioned above there should be a drain plug under the spare wheel!
