My Window Problems are now a thing of the past.

My car went into be fixed yesterday, the problem was indeed two Window Regulators !.

So all is sorted, only cost me the price of an updated warranty.

But i would like to pass a very quick repair onto you about a dropped window.

If your window does indeed decide to drop, before you head off to take all the door panels off, just try this,

On the A Post you have the lume connected from the door, undo it then replace it, close the door and double lock, this will bring your window up 2inch at a time, it may take you 5 mins, but better than running around looking for plastic, emptying the garage to get the car into it etc.
Then remember DO NOT use the Dead Lock function of your key, just single lock it ! Because the dead lock will bring the bloody thing back down again.

The above does work, as i've been using it untill i could get the time to book the car in.

Now im a happy Scenic driver again
don't know if i am doing this right as this is my first time but Darren you are the man tried this and managed to get the rear window up i am now a happy chappie i won't double lock this and hopefully it won't go down again till i have the cash to get this fixed thanks once again.
