The tyre was hard when I brought it back but probably soft by the time it was processed.

There was only the car jack and wheel stud brace in the can etc to pump into the wheel.

I think a charge of that much is totally unethical and I've let them know that! I've tried customer service in Europcar and keep getting the same old we'll call you back when we've had a look at it tripe.
