Hi again

I was able to checkout the voltages yesterday & this is what I found
1. Pulled out the boot light it had +12.2V on both leads
2. Pulled out boot door switch, it's black wire was grounded & switch had perfect contact when unpressed.
3. When boot door switch was unpressed still the boot light had +12.2V on both leads
4. when I unlock the car with key swtich red lead of the boot light keeps at +12.2V but other goes to ground thus creating a potential differance of 12V(lamp on), after some time other lead increases to +, having a dim effect & subsequent off of the lamps.

So lt looks as if when door open swtiches does not trigger the same effect as the remote key switch, I wonder could this be a setting from onboard compute? any advice/leads are welcome, me stuck!
