When working with air-bags or seat-belt tensioners it is highly recommended you disconnect the battery and leave the the for at least 30 mins before commecing work - that reduces the risk of inherent residual voltages that could make things go BOOM!!

Even if I knew which fuse it was I wouldn't say in case something goes horribly wrong
