Sadly quite a common fault on some Clios. The loom is quite a tight fit and tends to get chaffed and wear through in places. I think a loom may cost around 150 (no doubt someone will correct me if I am wrong.)

But I have heard of people stripping the outer cover off the loom and repair inner cables on an individual basis - possibly a decent auto-spark amy be able to assist

If it were mine I would definitely explore the repair option first
