Got this email back from S***** at Europcar there now. So if your unfortunate enough to get a puncture while hiring from Europcar you'll be fined 60!!

Let it be a warning to ye......get it fixed yourselves!!

Anyways I'll not be going with Europcar again....I've had a lot of hassle getting the 110 back.

Hi Keith

The matrix repair cost for a puncture is 60.

I have queried this on your behalf and been advised that is the set charge.

Sorry I could not be of further assistance I have been advised by the branch that the 60 surcharge as per matrix is maintained.

Kind Regards

S***** F*****

Should I let it be or try and argue on the unfairness of the 60 fine?
