Sadly on Renault diesels the turbo is the weakest and one of the most expensive repairs - so it may be worth trying to negotiate the longest warrany possible. One other weakness is the rear subrame bushes
Also remember the car should be serviced at 12,000 mile intervals not at 18,000 as recommended on some models. Renault themselves have reduced the service intervals on their newer models
Also ask them not only to fit a new cambelt but a full timing belt kit, water pump and auxiliary belt at the same time.
