Seal repair kits are very rare now-a-days due to their poor success rate and unreliability and personally from a safety viewpoint I would avoid them.
I appreciate times may be hard butú70 for a refurbished unit is quite reasonable in my opinion. Phone your local friendly dealer and ask for a price but make sure you are sitting down first.
Even if you could source a second hand unit what guarantees would you have it would work so you could end up paying twice - if you get my drift.
Remember brakes are like your best friends - "you miss them most when they aren't there" - also all us other road users including my young niece and nephews expect other road users to maintain their cars in a safe condition.
Also you may have to factor in a new set of pads as the old units will have been contaminated. It's rare for rear calipers to leak in my experience so it must be in a very bad way
