If the car is worth more to you than any probable offer from the insurance company, then I'd be tempted not to involve the insurance companies if you can negotiate a cash settlement with the other driver. You never know, they might be very reluctant to go down the insurance route.
It looks like the doors have taken the major part of the impact and the marks on the sill & wheel arch are nothing more than cosmetic.
I'm sure if you dropped by any bodyshop and asked for their opinion they'd probably be better at guessing whether or not it'll be written off.
