Kangoo rear brakes.

The rear brakes on my Trekka are Bosch and I have a tool for winding the piston back in to fit new pads, obviously thicker than the worn ones. However, it doesn't give any instructions and I don't want to wind something off internally! Should I turn the piston clockwise or anti clockwise with the piston facing upwards? Is there anything else that needs doing before I wind it?
