Unhappy could it be the throttle potentiometer???

hi guys

yet more probs!

when you start the car its fine, the revs seem low and you have to rev it to pull away.

also normally changing from 2nd to 3rd gear the revs go avove 3000 revs and the needle doesnt go down,
also you can really smaell the petrol strongly and it its using a lot more petrol

the throttle body was cleaned, and i was wondering if it could be the throttle potentiometer?

and how is easy it to replace??

thanks in advance
