Let the insurance company do a thorough check on it first before you even think of buying it back.
From the looks of it, it could have door pillar damage and that can stuff the chassis up.
If there's even a hint of damage on the door pillar, walk away with a nice fat cheque from the other guy and forget it.
It's not worth the risk.
Had it happen on a Cav I had and the cost of repair would have been well over £1500, that was 5 years ago and things ain't got cheaper!
