I take it you have checked the boot light isn't lit.
The best way to find out is to disconnect the positive lead from the battery - connect a multi-meter set at its voltage range between the positive lead and battery - then start removing each fuse in turn. Whilst there is no guarantee it will pinpoint the problem it may should reduce the number of possibilities.
It may also be wise to have the battery load tested and the ouput of the alternator checked - most decent battery suppliers will do such tests for free in the hope of gaining a sale
