It is now 2 weeks, to the day, that my beloved Migraine, sorry Megane, has been with Renault Dealer. I was informed yesterday, that the tyres had been ordered and, surprise/surprise, a new pane of glass was ordered, for the problematic front passenger window.
This is after, I had asked the Service Mgr, to order a new pane,last Friday!!
Hie replied.that he would need to speak with a technician, to assess if a new pane was required!!! Hello, the glass in the car, has numerous etchings,scribe marks on it,caused from inside the door panel, which is a sealed unit and you need a technician, to tell you the glass is damaged?
Would you also need someone to tell you, that if it's raining, you might need an umbrella?
I am waiting to collect the Lemon, at some stage today, everything crossed. If you were still unconvinced, about the name "Renault", equating to the word CR*P, I hope these postings, have steered you away, from buying a Renault.
