I'm not sure about the second question,but the front wings on your car are completely bolt on so it's just a case of playing hunt the bolt!.

You'll need to loosen the corner of the bumper to access some of them,also remove the inner arch sheild and the scuttle panel cover (where the wiper arms come through below the windscreen) and it's pretty self expalinatry.Just make sure you line the new wing up,and for the first time of trying,lower the bonnet VERY slowly and keep checking the clearance between it and the top of the wing.If it the gap is too small or non-exsistant,then more adjustment will need to be made.

I would say the job should take no longer than 3 hours from start to finish,taking it nice and easy with a few tea breaks of course.

I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
