There could be a number of separate problems.
1.First I would suggest the battery is in good nick and it connections are clean and sound - Renaults just don't lke poor voltage. Poor voltage can make the engine difficult to start and also make the dash do crazy things.

2. The air-bag light fault could be down to poor under-seat connections - a fairly common fault on Renaults.

3. The foglight/indicator problem could be related to poor connections in the rear light clusters (particularly a poor earth) - again a fairly common electric problem and not just on Renaults.

It may be worth checking out these aspects first
