Unscrew the couple (or maybe three) screws under the door pocket.
Now the panel containing the window switches needs removed. First pull out the wing mirror adjustment knob (it simply pulls out), and now the tricky bit without reference to a picture...
The window switch panel is held in by clips and they need to be released. Get a length of string and make it a loop which would fit around the outside edges of the switch panel (ie about a foot and a half long). Wrap it around the switch panel such that it goes in between the switch panel and the padding - and pull it tight thus releasing the clips. Then simply pull the complete switch panel out. Obviously you'll need to unplug the cables at relevant points.
The remainder of the panel is the traditional push in/pull out clips so it's a case of start at the bottom of the door and, as gently as possible while still obtaining a result, pull the door trim panel off.
Watch out for the door light as the panel comes off.
