My missus has a 54 Megane with a fast indicator on the right hand turn. The rear indicator lights up ok but quickly but the front does not light up at all.

I can clearly see the front bulbs are not blown so what would be the problem? The front bulbs are absolutely ridiculously hard to access so what you advise. If its water causing the problem would it be worth spraying WD40 through the poxy little access inside the wheel arch? The designers at renault should be shot for making it this difficult to access the lights. Thanks
