Would you also need someone to tell you, that if it's raining, you might need an umbrella?

I am waiting to collect the Lemon, at some stage today, everything crossed. If you were still unconvinced, about the name "Renault", equating to the word CR*P, I hope these postings, have steered you away, from buying a Renault.

I know how you feel, in Oct03 I got a brand new E*Class Merc, I had nothing but trouble and the dealer service was the worst I'd known. I got rid after 18 mths. I've had a few issues with the Espace but generally speaking the service has been good. If you're not getting a satisfactory service from your dealer why not go to another one?
