I had one fitted to my old 1.8Rt Sport.
In your top pic there's a grommet below/behind the brake servo where the loom comes through from inside the car to the engine bay. It's located just above the chassis leg if I remember correctly.
You can either remove the glovebox ( very fiddly job IMO ) to enable access to the grommet, or as I did ........ lube up the existing wiring at the grommet and push through the power cable from the engine bay.
The cable tends to
up behind the glovebox, but you can see this from the footwell and can pull it through from inside.
You can then run the cable under the finishers along the door openings into the boot, if that's where the amp is going.
I think I have CDO. It's like OCD, but with ALL THE LETTERS IN THE RIGHT ORDER
