Vel Satis Fuse Box Location? Sat Nav Gone Red

The Carminat sat nav in my 2003/53 Vel Satis has just stopped working, the day I got it back from the Renault specialist in regard to something else! Basically the screen's working fine but the satellite icon is red, it's showing an IIC Error and HW Failure.

I've read many posts on this excellent forum and it may be the antenna, but before I look into that,I want to try the simpler fix that a few of you have had great success with, which is by disconnecting the sat nav in the glovebox and also the dash/fascia, then reconnecting, and it will hopefully pick up a satellite again after driving round for 20 mins or so.

So, any tips on how to get into the glovebox to disconnect from the back of the CD drive - is this done by pulling the velcro bit down from under the passenger footwell then just reaching up with my hand and disconnecting?

Also, where is the fuse box for the sat nav, in a Vel Satis? I know in the Lagunas it's under the ash tray and some Laguna owners have fixed their sat nav's by taking the fuse out, then replacing it, so I want to give this a try in my Velsatis.

Many thanks!
