Sounds like one or more of the microswitches has fallen off the circuit board. A common occurence when the card gets dropped Im afraid.

You can repair it yourself but its tricky. You have to get a VERY sharp blade and slice around the entire edge of the card to open it up and then once inside you can glue the little microswitch back in place (or replace it at the same time).

That's not something I fancied doing as I like my fingers, so if it was to happen to me (when I had my Laguna) I would have sent the card off to Gary @ Keyrepair (as per my previous post) with no quarms as to the service / turnaround he provides. A 30 repair is much cheaper than 130 for a new card.
