Am I having one of my dim moments here? 180? The steering wheel is upside down? Irrespective, I have to agree with the above a miss-aligned steering wheel is the mark of a careless/incompetent tracking, take it back and tell them to fix it!
"or when the guy did the tracking would they have evenly put the track ends." That is one of the reasons it should be tracked after changing a ball joint(s).
