Clio II - Electric window fuse keeps blowing!

51 Clio Dynamique

After finding that my passenger electric window wasn't working it turned out that I had a blown fuse.

There was a 25 amp in the fuse box so I put in another 25 amp.

But this too blew not long after, so I replaced it with a 30 amp (as the Haynes Manual says the passenger electric window is 30 amps)

But this too has now blown.

It seems to work the day you replace the fuse but the next day it blows?

Any ideas?!

EDIT: Also, the driver's side controls for the passenger window are the wrong way (up is down and down is up), it's been liek this since I have bought the car, could this be somethign to do with it?
