I recently fitted front fogs to my Laguna. I don't know if the Clio is different, but I needed the lights themselves, the wiring harness that runs across the front bumper, the relay and appropriate value fuse for the passenger compartment fuse box, and the replacement indicator stalk with a front fog light position on the fog-light switch. I had a peculiar issue where I had to move a pin in the plug which connects to this stalk before I could use my headlights, but I think this was just a strange quirk of my car as there was nothing saying that in the official Renault instructions, and once the wire was swapped around, the headlights still functioned with the original indicator stalk.
