The Laguna 2 has a heat reflective (athermic) windscreen that unfortunately blocks Sat Nav signals unless the Sat Nav uses one of the newer more powerful GPS chipsets (such as a Sirfstar III etc).

I've got a Tom Tom One V2 (3 years old nearly now) and that worked in fine in my Laguna 2.

There is a small patch either side of the rear view mirror with like black dots on the screen. This area does not have the special heat reflecting coating. If you put your sat nav directly below this, you may get a signal. Failing that you would need an external aerial for it Im afraid.
