Where the seal lifts the most, is really where the sealant is needed to secure it in place.

Pull the seal out to its 'normal' raised position, apply a bit of Tiger Seal onto something suitable (a wooden lolly stick is perfect), then pass the end of the stick with the TS on it, under the windscreen seal at the highest point.

You may want to spread it around, depending on how much of the seal is raised. Then push back into the 'proper' position.

If you have applied a bit too much, you will get some seepage around the seals, this can be removed by gently wiping with a cloth soaked in thinners (no smoking whilst doing this!).

If you can clamp or weigh down the section you have bonded overnight, then all to the better.

If you don't have such facilities, you can put a towel over the pillar, and secure it via the door, this should add sufficient pressure to hold it in place until it sets.

Hope that helps,

My dad called me this morning about this problem on his Scenic II.

Cheers Paul I was able to advise him on what to get, to fix it
