Angry bad service and reairs

Hello everyone, it's a while since my last post although the reason is once again, BAD SERVICE FROM DEALER!. Our grand scenic has had a few problems in the 16 months we've had it but once again dealer has made a hash of it. Problems this time were, all the door handles had the paint cracking off and, a rubber seal on the near side rear door had rotted so needed replacing.I went to collect today still work not done.This is third time in for above work! last time went to collect and should have recieved a call to advise car was not ready but none was recieved and the first visit was the same. On collecting the car today the handles had been done but now the paintwork around the handles is damaged from what appears to be a screwdriver nsr door is terrible i am furious with their ruff standards. On further inspection i noticed someone has made an attempt to remove the door seal and again looks like the only tool he had was a slotted screwdiver the inside of the door is badly scratched in around six different areas. No one from management was available so i have to wait till monday to raise it, i just feel like my car has been vandalised, what options do i have? Seriously unhappy customer!
