Most modern electric windows have an 'anti-trap roll back' feature. This means that if the window resistance increases, the motor will stop and roll back slightly. This is what is happening with your window. The chances are that it is just the mechanism getting stiff. I would remove the door panel and make sure all the moving bits are well lubricated. Also use a little silicone spray down the channels where the glass slides.
If this doesn't work, then it may be a fault in the current sensing circuit that determines if extra resistance is being met.
