Ok as said above by Jonny, it did turn out to be a faulty switch(DRIVERS SIDE), it just so happened there was someone else at work who had a clio of the same year, so i swapped the switch over and all is well.
So I hope this may be of use to someone,
The problem was the passenger Window was stuck up. When pressing the PASSENGER WINDOW button from the DRIVERS door either up or down, there was nothing, no noise at all....
When pressing the PASSENGER WINDOW button from the PASSENGER Door, there was no movement or noise going Down but if you tried to do the window up you could hear the motor(it wasnt going up because it was already in the fully up position)
Replacement of switch solved problem, they are £37!! at renualt, however i picked one up on
