Bumper shouldn't need to come off. You'll need to remove the piece of trim above the bumper inbetween the lights though. There's a screw at either end, which are a bit of a pain because of the angle they are at, then you'll need to remove the four bolts under the bonnet at the front and finally the two bolts which are located under the headlights....there should be some indentations in the grill bit you are removing to give you access, although you'll need a long handle to get the sockets it there.
Head lights should then easily be removed when their retaining bolts are undone.
