Hi Alex

there is a few torx screws fitted around the door panel, along the front, bottom and under the door catch and speaker.
there are also clips which hold it on round the edges, it comes away from the door from the bottom/sides and hookes in where the window is (so you pull away and then lift up to clear the door)
you do also need to remove the trianglar cover that is over the back of the door mirror on the inside(so the door card can be lifted up)

under there there is a plastic/foam sheet that stops water ingress into the cabin, try no to tear it when removing it.

then its just a few large torx screws to remove the winder frame assembly.

there are threads on here that have pictures to assist you in stripping down the door to get to the winder unit.
